The Company, originally Cooper Cinemas Ltd. was established in 1910.
In 1985 Bethel was built on the site with accommodation for 9 residents then in 1987 extended to cater for 18 residents.
In 1990 Bethesda was built and consolidated into the present
accommodation for 34 residents.
The family company was established in 1985, Bethel-Bethesda is a
purpose build residential care home for
older people. It is close to the centre of Earl Shilton where there is a range of
shops and other local amenities. The home caters for 34 residents. All
bedrooms but one are single and 21 have ensuite facilities. There are four
lounges, two dining rooms, two kitchens, and a secluded courtyard garden. The
premises are single-storey and all areas are accessible to residents with limited
mobility.
